Notes:
Of the 9,000,007 pennies struck by the Bombay Mint in 1942 a very small number have no 'I' mint mark on the obverse. This is definitely not the result of a filled die as is evidenced by the existence of a few high grade survivors. This mint error is very scarce in average circulated condition and rare in high grade.
